  • On receipt of the product, a Return/Refund request is to be done within 30 working days.
  • Click on View your Order History & select the order you wish to return, then select the Problem with Product option & mail with the apt subject line.
  • The seller would contact you proactively within 48 hours & check on the refund request & respond back to you.
  • Once the refund request is validated by the seller through the mail, the product should reach the Seller within 15 working days.
  • Ensure to self-ship the product using any courier having courier tracking facilities when shipping it to the seller.
  • On receipt of the product & verified by the seller, a further process of refund/replacement is initiated.
  • In any case, if the resolution given by the Seller is not apt as per the Xfurbish policy then the Xfurbish Shield team would address & resolve unprejudiced.
  • Refunds would depend on the mode of payment you have paid for the product; the refund would be initiated within 3 to 5 working days.
