Xfurbish operates in a secured and locked facility that requires all employees to check in and wear valid ID badges. The building is equipped with security cameras in conjunction with multiple alarm systems. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personal information.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, Xfurbish shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of Your Personal Information, if such loss, damage, or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below).

Additionally, we are advertising the Site on the internet through a form of tracking called remarketing using Google AdWords, other third-party sites so, Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on various sites across the Internet, and use cookies to serve you ads based on your past visits to this Site.

        h) Any other such personal data as set out in section 4 of the privacy policy


Personal data is sold or disclosed in accordance with the clauses of the privacy policy. Recipients include service providers; advisors; Marketplace platform sellers/users and other Site users (where applicable); our affiliated companies; and as required for legal and regulatory purposes

iii. As a California resident, you are entitled to the following rights:

        ii. to request that we delete your personal data;

For your protection, we reserve the right to deny any request from an agent who does not submit proof that they have been authorized to act on your behalf. We reserve the right to deny any request from an agent if we cannot verify your identity or the agent’s identity.
